We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Canada, USA, UK, FR, DE, IT, JP,AE, AU, SA，BR, PE, CL, ES, RO, PT,MY,SG, IDN, THA, CH. We strive to reach as many customers as possible, regardless of their location within the country. Please note that we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Upon placing an order, our dedicated team will process it on the same day or within 0-3 business days to ensure prompt shipment. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated shipping time and may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We provide free shipping within Canada, USA, UK, FR, DE, IT, JP,AE, AU, SA，BR, PE, CL, ES, RO, PT,MY,SG, IDN, THA, CH for orders over $100. However, please be aware that certain remote and RR areas may still be subject to additional shipping charges, even for orders that qualify for free shipping. If your shipping address falls within one of these regions, our team will contact you to discuss the available options and any associated extra charges. You will have the opportunity to accept or deny the additional shipping fees before proceeding with the order.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: https://t.17track.net/en#nums
Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact support@kalyanaaura.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
